Before returning any items to us please contact us on returns@justcushti.co.uk so that we may take the appropriate action.

Please contact us within two days regarding any shortages or if goods have been damaged during delivery.

In the unlikely event of a faulty/broken item we will arrange the collection / replacement of the item.

Please ensure that all non-faulty returned items are unused and complete with undamaged packing, damaged packaging may be subject to a re-boxing charge.

Please note that you are responsible for the return cost of non-faulty goods. Please ensure that when returning items they are well packaged. It is recommended that you use a ‘tracked’ carriage method such as Royal Mail recorded, as we will not be responsible for items that are lost of their return to us.

Orders delivered by courier will be attempted twice before awaiting instruction, if they receive no contact after seven days they will be returned to us. If the goods are still required, postage will again be charged at the original amount.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
